3. Ship Your Items

We’ll email you a pre-paid UPS shipping label along with step-by-step packaging instructions. Use a new, plain box to ensure full insurance coverage during transit. Improper packaging may void coverage. After packing, drop your item at a UPS location approved by us or schedule a pickup. Please ship within two business days of locking in your price, or the transaction may be subject to our Market Loss Policy.
Important Tip: If you reuse a box, make sure it doesn’t display any hazardous material labels or warnings—UPS may not insure such packages.

4. Verification by Experts

Once we receive your shipment, our Receiving team carefully checks all items for accuracy and authenticity using advanced tools and techniques. Our experienced Numismatic team is available to assist with rare or collectible items.

5. Fast Payment

We pride ourselves on quick payments. Once your order is fully verified, payment is sent out promptly. VIP and Elite Bullion Club members are paid within one business day of processing. All others receive payment within two business days after EPO (Estimated Processing Order) completion.
